Antalya became the champion of Turkey with 213 beaches, 5 marinas and 10 tourism boats in the list where Turkey is the third country with the highest blue flags in the world.
Within the scope of the program implemented in 49 countries and carried out in Turkey under the coordination of the Turkey Environmental Education Foundation, the cliff beaches of Muratpaşa Municipality, located at the point where the cliffs, the symbol of the city, meet with the sea, received a Blue Flag this year.
Erenkuş, Erdal İnönü, İnciraltı, Mobil and Konserve Bay, which are located at 5 points where the cliffs, the symbol of the city, meet the sea, of Muratpaşa Municipality have been awarded the Blue Flag this year. This year, Blue Flag will be waved on the cliff beaches of Erenkuş, Erdal İnönü, İnciraltı, Mobil and Konserve Bay, which will start to serve in a very short time depending on the calendar announced by the relevant ministries.
Muratpaşa Municipality received its first Blue Flags in 2017 with Erdal İnönü City Park, Mobil and İnciraltı falez beaches. Erdal İnönü City Park Falez Beach, which has been awarded the Blue Flag for the 5th time this year, has a sunbathing area of 126 square meters.
Mobil Falez Beach, located just below the Adalya Foundation Barrier-Free Café of the municipality, has a sunbathing area of 175 square meters created with a wooden platform. Inciraltı Falez Beach, which has the opportunity to get off by elevator, sunbeds, umbrellas and buffet services of the municipality, is built on a 625 square meter wooden platform.
Erenkuş Falez Beach, which has a 500 square meter sunbathing area of Muratpaşa Municipality, received its first Blue Flag in 2018. The beach received the Blue Flag for the fourth time with its environmental management and services to its guests as well as the cleanliness of the sea.
Konserve Bay Falez Beach, the largest beach of Muratpaşa Municipality with a 800 square meter wooden platform, received the award for the third time.
