The deadline for submitting bids in the tender for the privatization of Fenerbahçe Kalamış Marina has been postponed to 21 September.
In the statement made by the Privatization Administration (ÖİB), it was reminded that the tender for the privatization of Fenerbahçe Kalamış Yacht Harbor, owned by Türkiye Denizcilik İşletmeleri A.Ş., for 40 years with the “granting of operating rights” method, was announced to the public with the announcements published in March.
In the statement, it was reported that the deadline for submitting bids, which was determined as Wednesday, July 7, in the aforementioned announcements, was extended until 17.00 on Tuesday, September 21.
According to the tender announcement, the tender specification and promotional document cost 40 thousand liras, while the bid bond amount was determined to be 30 million liras.
The tender will be held by “bargaining procedure” by receiving offers from more than one bidder in a sealed envelope and negotiating. The tender will be concluded with an auction to be held with the participation of the bidders whose bargaining negotiations continue.
In order to participate in the tender, the tender specifications and the promotional document must be purchased and the Confidentiality Commitment to be obtained from the PA’s website must be signed.
