In Tuzla, the Singapore-flagged 180-meter Hoegh Pusan car carrier ship ran aground at Tuzla anchorage area last night. The Kıyem-3 life-saving boat and the rescue tugboat named Rescue-7 were dispatched to the ship, which requested assistance and was learned not to carry any cargo.
There were no casualties or injuries in the incident. While it was learned that there was no pollution in the sea due to the stranded ship, the crews continue to rescue the stranded ship in the morning.
