Accordingly, those who want to import some fishery products will have to register the relevant information to the centers authorized by the Ministry of Commerce before importing. In this context, a registration document will be issued in the electronic environment that the import transaction has been registered.
VALIDITY OF THE REGISTRATION DOCUMENT 45 DAYS
The validity period of the registration certificate will be 45 days. A registration document cannot be used for more than one declaration and its duration cannot be extended.
The fact that the value or amount determined and accepted by the customs during the registration of the customs declaration exceeds the value or amount registered in the registration document by less than 5 percent (including 5 percent) in total, will not prevent the importation.
