Environment and Urbanization Minister Murat Kurum gave information on the mucilage cleaning works in the Marmara Sea on his Twitter account.
Stating that they continued the mucilage cleaning carried out on 8 and 9 June within the scope of the Marmara Sea Action Plan in 52 regions on the 3rd day, 10 June, the Institution said, “We sent a total of 733.1 cubic meters of mucilage to disposal, together with the 341.1 cubic meters of mucilage we collected on 10 June. ” used the phrases.
Announcing the mucilage figures collected in the provinces at the end of 3 days, the Institution said:
“We continued to clean our Sea of Marmara by collecting a total of 733.1 cubic meters of mucilage, including 174.6 cubic meters in Istanbul, 77.5 cubic meters in Kocaeli, 63 cubic meters in Bursa, 28 cubic meters in Tekirdağ, 114 cubic meters in Balıkesir, 118 cubic meters in Çanakkale and 158 cubic meters in Yalova. “We are working on the field 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to save our inner sea, the evil eye bead, the Marmara Sea, from visual pollution and bad smell. We will leave our seas clean for our children, and our country green and healthy.”
